This Episode is based on the old Urban Legend. If you say "Bloody Mary" in the mirror three times, she will appear and scratch your eyes out. Dean and Sam have to try and catch Mary before the body count rises even more. It's up to Sam to save the day as he has a secret and can capture Mary.
